Mission Statement:

Proformance Sports Training is a leader in biomechanical assessment and treatment of athletic dysfunction. At Proformance, we take a look at how an athlete is moving and correct faulty movement patterns in order to maximize athletic performance. This includes improving balance, coordination, strength, conditioning and speed mechanics in great detail.

Experience & Background:

Bachelor of Science, Exericse and Nutrition Sciences, University at Buffalo • ACSM Certified Personal Trainer • My passion for sports performance came in high school. As a 3 sport athlete in football, basketball and baseball, I strived to find what makes an athlete perform at the highest levels. I took this passion and became a Division II Collegiate Baseball player at Dominican College before transferring to the University at Buffalo to persue my degree. I am currently attending the University at Buffalo for my Doctorate of Physical Therpy, which I will graduate with in 2018.

Proformance Atmosphere:

Here at Proformance, we treat all athletes with the same respect regardless if they are 9 year olds looking to make their local club team or pro athletes looking to improve on the field. We all maintain an open and competitive atmosphere to get the most out of all of our athletes so that they enjoy their experience with us. We look forward to everyone who comes through our doors and we are truly blessed to be working with so many great athletes.
